"Called One Hour Heating & A.C. very late in the day, they scheduled a tech to come out the very next day. Our tech Brett Castle had us up and running in less than 30 minutes with our a.c. and since we are subscribors to the maintenance plan, he scheduled our cleaning and unit tuneup. Couldn't beat the price either. Brett was super nice and polite. Thanks again!!"

"Byron was awesome! He was friendly, thorough and informative when he inspected our hvac system. He gave us options to fix our issue without pressuring us to do anything. Thank you for excellent service, Byron! UPDATE We wanted to add an additional thank you to Jimmy and Tim! They recently replaced our unit and they were tireless in their job, very friendly and worked well together. An unexpected hiccup occurred which they apologized for profusely and they worked hard to make things right and they did just that! Everyone we worked with was just amazing including everyone I dealt with on the phone. We had another visit to check out our house next door when that air unexpectedly seemed to be out at the same time and he did a great job as well. Discovered the problem quickly and gratefully it was only a part issue. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Definitely 5 star service from EVERYONE! Thank you for getting us set up for a cool summer!"
